Its true <strong>essence<\/strong> is found in its<strong> streets<\/strong>, <strong>caf\u00e9s<\/strong> and <strong>pubs<\/strong> where, for centuries, wine, ideas and words are mixed up. Places where, nowadays, between wooden tables and zinc bars, you can hear the buzz of those conversations that are still relevant. <strong>In Madrid, art does not just hang from the walls. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track artists&#8217; footsteps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Few places keep the memory of artists the way taverns, caf\u00e9s and bars of Madrid do. Spots such as <strong>Caf\u00e9 Gij\u00f3n<\/strong>, where the <strong>Generaci\u00f3n del 27 <\/strong>shared their ideas and developed their creativity, or <strong>Bodega de la Ardosa<\/strong> (Ardosa Winery), witness of writers and painters <strong>gatherings<\/strong> around beer, wine and vermut.
