Elena Aparicio is an art historian, museologist, and cultural manager, specializing in museum education and cultural accessibility. Trained at institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, the IUAV of Venice, the University of Barcelona, UNIA, and the Complutense University of Madrid, she has built a long-standing career in the dissemination of culture, art, and inclusion, grounded in visual and communication strategies and the development of critical thinking.

She has designed educational and accessibility programs for museums including the Museo Picasso Málaga, the Museo Reina Sofía, the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice. As a curator, she represented Spain at the 12th International Cairo Biennial, and has worked across Italy, Mexico, Belgium, and Hungary.

In her academic work, she stands out for her commitment to diversity, teaching Art and Inclusive Culture alongside students with intellectual disabilities at various universities.
